Thursday's 5-6 pm.
Ideal for students in their golden years, this gentle class makes use of both chair and mat to explore a range of yoga postures. There is always a relaxation at the end with meditation and pranayama practise added on occasion.
Friday's 6-7.15 pm.
A mixed ability class where students can explore a range of traditional yoga postures, leading towards a peak posture in each class. on a Relaxation and breathing (pranayama) practices and/or meditations are included at the end.
